If you are making a booking on behalf of other travellers, you are responsible for ensuring that the relevant travellers are aware of the booking details, requirements and applicable terms.

Information submitted through our website, phone, WhatsApp or other communication channels is used to understand your travel requirement and prepare a suitable quotation or travel proposal.

• A travel enquiry does not create a confirmed booking.
• A quotation is based on the information available at the time it is prepared.
• Prices and availability may change before confirmation.
• Any quotation validity stated in the proposal should be considered before payment.
• Travellers should review the itinerary, hotel category, transport, inclusions and exclusions before confirming.

Travel prices may depend on travel dates, hotel availability, room category, vehicle type, number of travellers, route, seasonal demand, local operating conditions and supplier rates.

• A major change may be treated as a cancellation and new booking where required by the supplier.

Cancellation charges depend on the date of cancellation, travel dates, services booked, supplier rules and the cancellation policy communicated for the confirmed booking.

• Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing.
• Hotel, transport, activity or other supplier cancellation charges may be deducted where applicable.
• Non-refundable services or peak-season bookings may have stricter cancellation terms.

Hotels, houseboats and other accommodation providers operate independently and may have their own policies relating to check-in, check-out, identification, meals, extra beds, child policies and property facilities.

Itineraries are planned based on expected travel conditions and available information. The actual order, timing or coverage of sightseeing may change due to weather, traffic, local restrictions, road conditions, opening hours or other circumstances.

Travellers are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that they are reasonably prepared for the journey being booked.

• Provide correct names, ages, mobile numbers and other required booking information.
• Inform us of any mobility, accessibility, dietary or other important travel requirement in advance.
• Follow hotel, transport, local-authority and destination rules during the journey.
• Reach airports, stations, hotels or pickup points at the communicated time.
• Protect personal belongings, cash, valuables and travel documents.

Travellers are responsible for carrying valid identification and any documents required for the journey. Certain destinations may require permits, identification details or other documentation.

Where Srinagar Packages assists with permit-related coordination, approval remains subject to the relevant authority and the accuracy and timely submission of required traveller information.

Hotels, transport operators, activity providers and other travel suppliers may provide services as independent third parties. Their own operational policies may apply to the service they provide.

Srinagar Packages coordinates travel arrangements based on the confirmed booking, but some aspects of service delivery remain under the operational control of the relevant supplier.

Travel may be affected by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, landslides, road closures, flight disruption, government restrictions, security conditions, strikes, civil disturbance, epidemics, technical failures or other exceptional circumstances.

In such situations, reasonable efforts may be made to adjust the itinerary or services, but additional costs or supplier charges may arise and refunds may depend on amounts recoverable from the relevant providers.

Srinagar Packages aims to coordinate confirmed travel services with reasonable care. However, travel involves third-party suppliers and conditions that may be outside our direct control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Srinagar Packages is not responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside reasonable control, traveller actions, failure to follow instructions, incorrect information supplied by the traveller or independent acts of third-party providers.
