What Our Travellers Say

★★★★☆
“We wanted a relaxed Srinagar trip, and the itinerary balanced sightseeing with enough personal time. The Srinagar City + Dal Lake day was paced sensibly, and we still had enough time for photos and short breaks. A small thing we valued was that the day plan left reasonable time for meals and rest. For our family, the flexible timing helped with meals and made the longer travel days more comfortable. We had a positive trip, with only a small timing issue during one busy sightseeing day.”

Day 3 is focused entirely on Gurez Valley and covers Habba Khatoon Peak, the Kishanganga River, Dawar, Tulail Valley, Baduan Village, Barnoi Village and Khandiyal Top. The day combines valley scenery with visits to villages and places associated with the local character of Gurez.

Yes. The Gurez sightseeing day specifically includes Tulail Valley as well as Baduan and Barnoi villages. These stops are presented as opportunities to experience the valley landscape and local mountain lifestyle rather than as separate optional excursions.

Yes. The itinerary highlights Dawar as the heart of Gurez and refers to the traditions, hospitality and culture of the Dard-Shina community. This gives the Gurez portion a cultural element alongside its mountain, river and village scenery.

The itinerary includes an overnight stay in Gurez Valley after the Srinagar-to-Gurez journey on Day 2 and another overnight stay there after the dedicated Gurez sightseeing day on Day 3. The confirmed Booking Voucher determines the accommodation room category.

On Day 4, the journey moves from Gurez towards Gulmarg through scenic mountain landscapes. After reaching Gulmarg, the itinerary includes the Gulmarg Biosphere Reserve, Maharani Temple, St. Mary’s Church, the Gulmarg Gondola and either Strawberry Valley or the Outer Circle Walk.

The Gulmarg Gondola is specifically listed in the Day 4 sightseeing plan. However, the inclusions section does not state that activity charges are included, while the exclusions section places activity charges outside the package. Any Gondola charge should therefore be treated as payable separately unless the confirmed Booking Voucher states otherwise.

The itinerary mentions skiing and snow activities in Gulmarg during winter. Their availability is seasonal, so the package does not guarantee a particular snow activity on every departure. Actual conditions and operating availability can affect what is possible during the visit.

Day 5 travels through Pampore and includes a stop at a traditional cricket bat factory, a visit to the ancient temple ruins at Avantipura, a seasonal apple orchard walk and time beside the Lidder River before arrival in Pahalgam.

No fixed year-round apple experience is promised. The itinerary describes the orchard visit and fresh apples as seasonal, so the availability of fresh apples depends on the time of travel and conditions at the orchard.

The Day 5 transfer into Pahalgam includes Pampore, the bat factory, Avantipura, an apple orchard and the Lidder River. The following Day 6 is dedicated to Pahalgam's surrounding valleys, covering Aru Valley, Betaab Valley and Chandanwari before time at the local market and Lidder Riverfront.

Yes. Chandanwari is included on Day 6 along with Aru Valley and Betaab Valley. The itinerary identifies Chandanwari as the starting point of the Amarnath Yatra, while the tour itself is a sightseeing visit and does not include an Amarnath pilgrimage.

The final overnight stay is in Pahalgam on Day 6. On Day 7, after breakfast and checkout, the itinerary provides a transfer towards Srinagar Airport or the railway station for the onward journey.

The exclusions state that local sightseeing in Pahalgam, Sonamarg, Gulmarg and Gurez is operated by the respective Local Taxi Unions. Where a union vehicle is mandatory, its applicable charge is payable directly by the guest rather than being included in the package cost.

The page states that outside vehicles are not permitted beyond the designated parking area in Gulmarg. Local transportation is required for the Gondola station and internal sightseeing under Local Taxi Union regulations, with the applicable charges payable directly by the guest.
